Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job ads, sorting resumes, scheduling interviews (online and offline), and coordinating candidate communication.
Onboarding & Off boarding: Help prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and orientation schedules for new hires, while assisting with exit formalities.
Attendance & Leave Management: Track daily employee attendance, manage leave records, and compile data for payroll processing.
Payroll & Benefits Support: Help prepare monthly salary sheets, overtime data, and support employee benefit programs.
Record Keeping: Maintain and update physical and digital personnel files, employee databases, and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) records. Maintain Personal File
Employee Engagement: Support team activities, events, and internal communications.
General Administration: Monitor office supplies, coordinate facility maintenance, manage support staff duties, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across hospital units.

Administration & Office Management

Office Operations: Ensure smooth daily facility operations, handle incoming calls or client inquiries, and manage correspondence.
Inventory & Supplies: Reorder and manage stationery, pantry items, and housekeeping supplies.
Vendor & Logistics Support: Coordinate with utility or maintenance vendors, manage transport logistics, and support event arrangements.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare routine administrative or HR reports, official memos, and letters as requested by management.
Bill Processing, Requisition Management.
Typing Skills: Bangla (Bijoy)- 30-35/Minutes, English: 60-65/Minutes
Duty Time: Day & Night Shift (Roaster Base)
