- Promptly respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries across all assigned platforms</div><div>
- Identify, document, and escalate critical issues, complaints, and potential sales leads to relevant internal teams</div><div>
- Track and report daily performance metrics, including inbox volume, response time, and resolution status</div><div>
- Monitor engagement trends and flag unusual spikes, declines, or recurring audience concerns</div><div>
- Ensure consistent brand voice and adherence to approved communication guidelines across all interactions</div><div>
- Proactively monitor content to prevent, identify, and address misinformation or policy-violating activity</div><div>
