Jr. Executive – Accounts

Day-to-Day Accounting

• Perform daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, payments and receipts.
• Prepare and post Journal, Payment, Receipt and Contra entries.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded under the correct accounts.
• Review accounting entries and identify/correct discrepancies.

Invoice, Bill & Voucher Management

• Prepare and maintain client/customer invoices.
• Receive, verify and record supplier/vendor bills.
• Prepare and maintain Payment, Receipt, Journal and Contra Vouchers.
• Check bills, invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Maintain proper physical and digital documentation.

Accounts Payable

• Maintain records of all vendor/supplier payables.
• Verify bills before payment processing.
• Track outstanding bills and payment due dates.
• Maintain vendor ledgers and payment records.
• Assist in preparing payable/outstanding reports.

Accounts Receivable

• Maintain client/customer receivable records.
• Track issued invoices and received payments.
• Monitor outstanding client balances.
• Maintain receivable aging and collection records.
• Record and reconcile customer/client payments.

Bank Reconciliation

• Reconcile bank statements with accounting records.
• Identify missing, duplicate or incorrect transactions.
• Record bank charges, interest and other bank-related transactions.
• Investigate and resolve differences between bank and book balances.

Monthly Reporting & Accounts Support

• Assist the Accounts & Finance team with monthly closing activities.
• Prepare monthly income and expense summaries.
• Assist in preparing cash, bank, payable and receivable reports.
• Support monthly reporting and other financial analysis.
• Provide required financial data to senior management.

Financial Documentation

• Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts and payment documents.
• Keep financial records properly organized and updated.
• Maintain both physical and digital files.
• Ensure documents are readily available for audit and management review.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
