Prepare clear lesson plans, practical study materials, and well-structured course outlines.
Regularly assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
Organize practice sessions to strengthen Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing skills.
Guide and support students in their JLPT preparation journey.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and motivating classroom environment.
Work closely with management to update curriculum content and improve teaching methods.
Perform other relevant tasks assigned by management.
