Unique Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Japanese Language Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of the Japanese language, with demonstrated teaching or training experience. The instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering curriculum aligned with JLPT/NAT standards and supporting students toward successful exam outcomes and job readiness for opportunities in Japan.
- Maintain and complete a structured 3-month course schedule for JLPT N5 and N4 levels.
- Design and deliver an effective curriculum aligned with JLPT, NAT standards, ensuring quality instruction, student engagement, and high success rates; provide necessary support for exam registration and follow-up.
- Prepare and maintain academic materials, including:
- Weekly class and lesson-wise routines
- Weekly quizzes and short tests
- Monthly evaluation tests
- Final mock tests before JLPT/NAT exams
- Train students for interviews with Japanese employers, covering:
- Cultural orientation
- Basic workplace language and etiquette
- Mock interview sessions
- Maintaining liaison with respective institutions & organizations for the migration process.
- Submit timely and accurate monthly progress reports to the reporting authority.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all student and institutional information; sharing of such information without written consent from management is strictly prohibited.
- Motivate students, ensure discipline, and maintain high attendance and a positive learning environment.
- Conduct classes punctually as per schedule with professionalism and responsibility.
- Participate in academic, training, or cultural events organized by the institute, as and when required.
- Uphold a professional and respectful attitude at all times, avoiding conflicts of interest or any form of misconduct.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
