Japanese Language Expert - Operations

A reputed multinational organization is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and highly professional Japanese Language Expert to support and oversee operational activities, stakeholder communication, customer experience, and compliance requirements while ensuring seamless coordination with German-speaking stakeholders and officials

• To maintain effective communication with Japanese Officials.
• To ensure day-to-day office activities.
• Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone.
• To ensure customer satisfaction.
• To ensure local & international compliance, 100% implementation of SOP standards.
• Record & maintain all application data.
• Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors.
• Maintain compliance with the standard operating procedures, manuals etc. without deviation in process.
• Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience in the office.
• Translate and interpret Japanese English-Bengali communications, documents, emails, and reports.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and system documentation.
