Required Skills & Qualifications Fluent in English with strong spoken and written communication skills — mandatory

Working knowledge of web development fundamentals

Practical knowledge of digital marketing

Strong understanding of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Good technical and IT knowledge with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage

Understanding of domain and hosting management

Prior experience in an IT company, digital agency, or similar environment is preferred

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work independently as well as within a team

Comfortable working night shifts from the office

We are seeking an IT Support & Client Communication Executive who can bridge technical operations—including Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Domain & Hosting, and GoHighLevel (GHL)—with professional communication and

client support.

The ideal candidate will communicate directly with international clients, coordinate technical requirements, provide day-to-day IT support, and collaborate with internal development, marketing, and support teams.

Communicate directly with international clients through calls, chats, and emails in professional English.
Coordinate and support web development tasks and client requirements.
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing activities.
Perform SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Manage and troubleshoot domain and hosting-related issues, including DNS, hosting panels, transfers, and renewals.
Set up and manage workflows, funnels, automations, and CRM operations using GoHighLevel (GHL).
Provide technical support and resolve client and internal queries.
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate complex technical issues when required.
Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and follow company SOPs.
Work closely with marketing, development, and support teams.
Assist in training or guiding team members and clients on systems and tools when required.
