Internship Opportunity - Call Center & Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and make customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Follow up with customers when required
• Assist customers with appointments, services, products, or general queries
• Record customer information and update relevant systems
• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while communicating with customers
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
• Maintain daily call and follow-up records
