Key Responsibilities

Join our legal team and gain hands-on experience in corporate legal operations, company law, compliance, and governance. You will support legal documentation, contract reviews, legal research, regulatory coordination, and ISO compliance activities while working closely with internal stakeholders and external legal professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the corporate legal sector.

Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
Draft, review, and coordinate legal documents, company policies, and commercial agreements.
Provide day-to-day legal operational support across group companies and departments.
Assist with legal research, preliminary legal assessments, and document standardization.
Maintain and organize a central repository of corporate and legal documents.
Coordinate with external counsel on litigation and arbitration-related matters.
Support documentation, monitoring, and reporting for ISO 9001:2015 compliance and other existing or upcoming ISO standards.
Liaise with external lawyers, auditors, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities under the guidance of senior legal staff.
