Intern-PID

Assisting daily operation and maintenance works, including cleanliness, safety and security of Building Management System (BMS) systems and related areas.

Assist in monitoring BMS system operation and performance.

Assist in BMS panel, controller and field device inspection.

Assist in checking sensors, actuators and control devices.

Support BMS system installation and commissioning works.

Support BMS Engineer in system testing and troubleshooting.

Support integration of HVAC, electrical and other building systems with BMS.

Assist in reviewing BMS drawings, schematics and control diagrams.

Maintain BMS testing, inspection and commissioning records.

Assist in preparing daily progress and technical reports.

Support site inspection and coordinate with relevant site teams.

Perform other duties assigned by BMS Engineer and Management as and when required.
