About the Role

Fiber@Home is looking for proactive and enthusiastic Interns to support our Marketing and Sales team in daily operational and coordination activities. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer coordination, sales operations, planning, reporting, and service delivery within Bangladesh's leading NTTN.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Infrastructure and IP Planning teams for feasibility assessments.
• Follow up with planning teams to ensure timely submission of feasibility feedback.
• Coordinate modifications to planning feedback based on customer requirements.
• Support planning teams regarding network upgrade requests and new physical planning activities.
• Coordinate with customers and the SPDI team for link delivery, SCR creation, link commissioning, and service handover.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports on an ad hoc basis.
• Assist the Sales team in day-to-day operational and administrative activities.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BBA) from any UGC-approved university.
• Candidates with a B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering, or Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from a UGC-approved university will also be given preference.

Internship Period

• 3 months

• Fresh graduates or students who have completed all academic courses except internship are encouraged to apply.
