Intern - Human Resource Management

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including CV screening, candidate communication, interview coordination and recruitment documentation.
• Support HR team in maintaining employee records, HR documentation and HR databases.
• Assist in joining, onboarding and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Support the organization of employee engagement activities, HR events, meetings and internal programs.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, letters, notices and other official HR documents.
• Support employer branding and recruitment communication initiatives.
• Coordinate with candidates, employees and different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Assist in HR policy implementation, compliance-related documentation and routine HR activities.
• Contribute ideas for improving employee experience, engagement and HR processes.
• Perform any other HR-related responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or Management from time to time.
