Interior Sales Consultant

Role Summary

Solution Provider is looking for technically skilled, confident, and customer-oriented professionals who can understand clients' interior design requirements using their Architecture or Civil Engineering knowledge. The selected candidate will recommend suitable solutions and manage the sales process from lead generation to confirmed bookings.

This is not a design-only role. It is a Consultative Sales and Client Relationship position.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact assigned leads promptly to identify their budget, location, project stage, timeline, and decision-maker.
• Understand the client's lifestyle, available space, floor plan, site conditions, and interior requirements to recommend practical solutions.
• Collect site videos, photographs, and floor plans to create complete client profiles.
• Schedule office or site meetings with qualified clients and prepare detailed client briefs.
• Conduct meetings and perform structured follow-ups to identify objections, confirm decision dates, and determine next steps.
• Manage negotiations and move clients toward booking while clearly communicating approved pricing and payment terms.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, quotations, and follow-ups in the CRM system or Google Sheets.
• Coordinate effectively with the Customer Relationship Executive (CRE), Design Team, Estimation Team, and Management for smooth project handovers.
• Arrange site visits, coordinate measurements, and explain quotations to clients.
• Explain the project workflow from Design → Production → Installation → Handover.
• Prepare quotations based on approved designs and justify pricing to clients.
• Manage sales closing, payment collection, and post-sales coordination.

Performance Targets

• Make 30–40 meaningful client calls daily.
• Conduct 30 client meetings per month.
• Achieve management-defined sales targets.
• Ensure 100% follow-up logging.
• Record the reason for every lost lead.

Client Communication Guidelines

• Do not make false promises.
• Do not make unauthorized commitments.
• Do not guarantee project timelines without management approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Architecture (B.Arch), Interior Architecture, Diploma/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, client handling, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to understand technical drawings, floor plans, and interior project requirements.
• Good organizational skills with experience using CRM software or Google Sheets.
