Injection Molding Operator

• HSC

• Minimum HSC or equivalent.
• Technical education/training in Injection Molding, Plastic Technology or related field will be an added advantage.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Electric Wire/Cable, Lamps

• Age 23 to 40 years
• Only Male

• 2–5 years of practical experience as an Injection Molding Operator in a manufacturing industry.
• Candidates with experience in Electrical Products, Switch, Socket, Fan, Light or Plastic Components manufacturing will be preferred.
• Practical experience in machine setting, mould changing and basic troubleshooting will be highly valued.

Required Skills & Competencies :

• Good knowledge of injection molding machine operation and production processes.
• Must have knowledge of primary machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Must have knowledge of mold maintenance, cleaning, inspection and basic mold-related troubleshooting.
• Ability to understand machine settings, mold requirements and production parameters.
• Good understanding of product quality and defect control.
• Ability to work under production targets and pressure.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.
