MBA / Master`s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
PGDHRM will be an advantage.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort.
Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.
Ability to work under pressure in a hospitality environment.
