Human Resources Manager

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.

HR Operations & Performance Management:

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Develop and maintain employee KPIs and performance evaluation processes.
• Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation processes.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and employee movement records.
• Prepare HR-related letters, documents, and reports.
• Ensure proper maintenance of personnel files and HR databases.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance, leave, and employee information.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Respond to employee queries and provide necessary HR support.
• Assist in resolving employee-related issues professionally.
• Support employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
• Maintain positive relationships with employees and internal stakeholders.

HR Policy & Compliance:

• Ensure HR activities are carried out according to company policies and procedures.
• Support implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
• Assist with HR audits, compliance documentation, and reporting.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
• Maintain HR trackers and databases.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related matters.
• Support management in various HR projects and initiatives
