Role Description: This position supports the HR team in day-to-day activities such as assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and helping onboard new nannies and therapists. Responsibilities also include preparing HR-related documentation, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with different departments to ensure a positive and compliant work environment.
