HSBC Bangladesh Student Work Placement Programme is for students looking for work experience with the leading international bank. The placement provides opportunities to gain hands-on experience over six months and develop your knowledge of banking and financial services.
For: Bangladeshi nationals from a recognised Bangladeshi or overseas university. Preferably students from any degree disciplines, graduating by January 2027 or completing graduation in July 2026 or later.
Duration: Six months
Areas: Corporate and Institutional Banking, Markets & Securities Services, Group Chief Operating Office, Group Chief Information Office, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Finance, People, Global Sustainability, Internal Audit, Communications.
Start date: January 2027
Location: Bangladesh

Who can apply?
To be considered for the placement, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Be available to work full-time between January 2027 and July 2027
- Students from any degree discipline graduating by January 2027 or completed graduation in July 2026 or later
- Well-developed communication skills
- Solid PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Additional PC skills in Excel (Macro), Access and Projects
- Nationals who have the legal right to work in Bangladesh
