HR Training & SOP Executive

Job Context:

We are looking for a sincere and hands-on HR Training & SOP Executive who will support daily employee training, onboarding, and SOP implementation activities. This role is mainly focused on execution, employee guidance, and maintaining daily operational discipline under the supervision of the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct basic hands-on (hand-holding) training for new employees
• Assist in onboarding process and explain job responsibilities (JD) clearly
• Follow up with employees to ensure daily tasks are completed properly
• Support implementation of SOPs across departments
• Report gaps, issues, or non-compliance to senior HR
• Help prepare training materials and maintain training records
• Coordinate with departments for routine training and support.
