A reputed garment manufacturing company is looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented HR Manager – Factory to lead and manage all Human Resources and Administration functions across its manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving HR excellence, ensuring compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and Labour Rules, maintaining positive industrial relations, supporting workforce productivity, and aligning HR practices with overall business objectives.

HR Operations & Administration

• Lead and manage all factory HR and Administration functions.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and operational practices.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory registers.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, manpower planning, and workforce analysis.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies across the factory.

Employee & Industrial Relations

• Build and maintain a positive employee relations environment.
• Handle worker grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain effective industrial relations between management and workers.
• Coordinate Worker Participation Committee (WPC) activities.
• Drive employee engagement and workplace communication initiatives.

Recruitment & Talent Management

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection for factory manpower.
• Manage onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and separation processes.
• Coordinate with Production and Department Heads for manpower planning.
• Identify training and development needs and support relevant initiatives.

HR Reporting & Strategy

• Prepare HR dashboards, manpower reports, absenteeism reports, turnover analysis, and management reports.
• Analyze HR data and provide recommendations to improve productivity and retention.
• Monitor key HR metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in strategic HR planning, organizational development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
