The intern must complete the full internship cycle of 03 (three) months as per the program requirements.
After successful completion of the internship period, the intern must submit a copy of the internship report.
The internship is full-time, and interns must maintain regular attendance as per company policy.
Interns must comply with company rules, regulations, and confidentiality requirements during the internship period.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding interview dates, times, and venues.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding activities for newly joined employees, including document collection and orientation arrangements.
Assist in preparing employee files and maintaining HR records accurately.
Help in attendance monitoring and basic HR administrative tasks.
Support employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal HR events.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
