HR & E-Commerce Operations Officer

Human Resources & Administration

• Maintain employee attendance, leave, shift schedules, rosters, and personnel records.
• Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding, documentation, and employee exit procedures.
• Prepare appointment letters, notices, warnings, attendance reports, and other HR documentation.
• Monitor employee punctuality, workplace discipline, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate weekly off-days and shift coverage to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain confidential employee information and company records.
• Assist management with employee performance tracking and operational manpower planning.

E-Commerce Operations

• Monitor daily orders from the company's e-commerce platforms and internal order management system.
• Coordinate between Customer Service, Product, Buying, Packing, Delivery, Marketing, and Management teams.
• Track orders from Order Received → Customer Confirmation → Product Arrangement → Packing → Courier Handover → Delivery/Return.
• Monitor pending, cancelled, delayed, returned, and problematic orders and ensure timely follow-up.
• Check that confirmed orders are processed within the required operational timeline.
• Coordinate with buying/procurement teams regarding daily product requirements and product availability.
• Monitor packing accuracy, product quantity, quality-control procedures, and courier handover.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and immediately escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Maintain accurate daily operational records and reports.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare daily reports covering orders, sales/revenue, cancellations, pending orders, delivery status, returns, customer complaints, and operational issues.
• Monitor Customer Service and operational team performance against assigned responsibilities.
• Ensure proper shift handover and that pending tasks are transferred accurately between teams.
• Identify repeated operational errors and recommend corrective action.
• Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and internal systems with accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong candidates with relevant practical experience may also apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, e-commerce operations, customer service operations, or a related role preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and general computer operations.
• Comfortable working with e-commerce dashboards, order-management systems, courier portals, and online business tools.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple departments and priorities simultaneously.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Bangla and English.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of identifying discrepancies in orders, reports, attendance, and operational records.
• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, discipline, and accountability.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven e-commerce environment.

What We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in someone who does not simply prepare reports but actively follows up until operational tasks are completed.

The ideal candidate should be able to identify:

What is pending → Why it is pending → Who is responsible → What action is required → Whether it has been completed.
