Housekeeping Supervisor

Create a schedule every day that shows who is assigned to clean which areas.

It is updated throughout the day as guests check in and out and Inspect Rooms and Common Areas for Cleanliness.

Housekeeping Supervisors are responsible for inspecting the work of housekeeping staff to make sure branch 100% tidy, clean and organized.

Having a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an obsession with cleanliness.

Training new staff on the Hostel`s specific standards and policies.

Should have idea about housekeeping chemical and Order cleaning products.

Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staff coverage.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.

Coordinate deep cleaning and special project schedules (e.g., carpet cleaning, window washing).

Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues promptly.

Respond to guest inquiries and complaints related to housekeeping services.
