Hostel Supervisor

Take full charge of the school hostel (if residential), ensuring 24/7 safety, security, and discipline of boarders.

Prepare and maintain hostel attendance, leave records, and medical logs for all boarders.

Supervise meal arrangements, including menu planning, kitchen hygiene, and quality control of food.

Manage hostel staff (cooks, housekeeping, night guards).

Ensure proper study hours are maintained in the hostel during evenings and early mornings.

Oversee the physical health and hygiene of students (health checkups, first-aid, sanitation).

Manage the hostel inventory (beds, utensils, electronics, etc.) and repair/maintenance work.

Act as the primary guardian for students in the hostel, liaising with parents regularly regarding their child`s academic performance and well-being.
