Prior experience in restaurant service (preferred but not mandatory)

Take accurate food and drink orders and recommend additional items when appropriate (up-selling)

Check food and beverages for quality before serving to guests
Cooperate and communicate effectively with kitchen and other serving staff
Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations
