Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a relevant discipline.

10–15 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
Recent and substantial experience in the Garments industry is mandatory.
Candidates with recent experience exclusively in general Textile, Composite Knit, or unrelated industries will not be considered.
Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition/Recruitment at a senior management level.
Strong exposure to senior-level hiring, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development.
