Kohinoor Chemical Company (Bangladesh) PLC is the oldest and largest national Soap, Cosmetics, Toiletries and Household products manufacturer and marketer of Bangladesh. The company is popularly known by the historical brand "Tibet" since its inception in 1956. Besides "Tibet", some of its very popular brands are Sandalina, Fast Wash, Ice Cool, Bactrol, am.pm, Clean Master etc. Both the factory and the corporate office are located at Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka.

Presently the company is inviting expression of interest for the following position:

Job Description:

The "Head of Sales" position is responsible for planning and implementing sales, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through team members:

• To lead, mentor and manage the nationwide sales team
• To develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and market share
• To oversee and optimize distribution networks across modern retails (supermarkets, chain stores, e-commerce) and traditional retails (general stores, distributors etc.)
• To observe market trends, competitors' activities and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats
• To coordinate with marketing department on product launching, promotional campaigns and brand building initiatives
• To manage sales budget, control costs and ensure efficient resource allocation Physically mentally

Job Specifications:

• Post graduate from any reputed college or university.
• Minimum 20 years of related job experience, including at least 5 years as HOD Sales of reputed FMCG company
• Strong understanding of Bangladeshi FMCG market
• Should be physically & mentally fit to carry out extensive field tour
