Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Lead overall business development, sales, and revenue growth.

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual business targets.

• Identify and acquire new clients while nurturing long-term partnerships.

• Ensure monthly target achievement with full dedication and accountability.

Client Communication & Sales Closure

• Manage client communication from initial contact until sales closing.

• Monitor all potential leads meticulously to ensure maximum conversion into sales.

• Lead client meetings, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Handle high-ticket clients with precision and professionalism.

• Take responsibility for single-handled sales closures when required.

• Enforce company rules and protocols during client meetings, negotiations, and agreements.

Sales Process & Team Management

• Prepare and implement a smart, functional, and error-free sales process.

• Manage sales team activities including:

  • Lead follow-ups

  • Client meetings

  • Quotation preparation and verification

  • Project site visits

  • Client requirement management

• Ensure team performance is consistently up to mark to achieve company goals.

• Mentor and guide the Business Development & Sales team for continuous improvement.

• Build a genuine and high-performing sales department aligned with company values.

Design & Costing Coordination

• Coordinate between sales and design teams to ensure client requirements are translated into perfect design solutions.

• Oversee design approvals and client coordination.

• Collaborate with costing teams to ensure accurate and competitive project pricing.

Sales Packages & Retention

• Develop customized sales packages and commercial proposals.

• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term retainers.

• Manage client onboarding, satisfaction, and retention strategies.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track sales performance, revenue, profitability, and business KPIs.

• Report business performance and growth opportunities directly to the Managing Director/CEO.

Industry Representation

• Represent the company at meetings, collaborations, and industry platforms to strengthen brand presence.
