Experience

8 to 10 years of experience.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of hard-core sales experience in the Real Estate / Housing / Land Development sector.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a Sales Management / Leadership role.
Proven experience in the Real Estate / Housing / Land Development sector.
Exceptional deal-closing capacity, aggressive sales mindset, and strong negotiation skills.
Proven leadership experience in managing and driving sales teams.
Strong ability to achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets.

The company heavily values proven sales track record and industry experience over academic degrees. The candidate must have extensive expertise in selling housing plots, land projects, and residential properties, along with the capability to lead the sales team to consistently hit and exceed aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Focus — Sales Growth: Formulate and execute aggressive sales tactics to rapidly increase plot and land sales, ensuring maximum revenue generation for the company.
Lead & Drive Sales Team: Set strict sales targets for the team, monitor daily performance, and push the team to close deals efficiently.
Target High-Value Clients: Directly acquire HNWIs (High-Net-Worth Individuals), investors, and corporate clients for large-scale housing deals.
Closing Deals: Lead negotiations for high-value housing plots/lands and ensure quick conversion of leads into finalized sales.
Site Visits & Promotions: Organize client site visits, plot tours, housing expos, and direct marketing drives to build a strong pipeline of active buyers.
Market Strategy & Analysis: Identify market demand, analyze competitor pricing, and constantly adjust sales pitch strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Reporting: Provide weekly/monthly sales performance and target achievement reports directly to Top Management.
