Head of Product Management - Artist Products

• You bring 12+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading product managers and product management leaders.
• You have led complex product portfolios and can turn broad opportunities into clear strategies, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• You have experience building products for multi-sided platforms and understand how to create value for different groups with distinct needs.
• You understand the commercial side of product development and are comfortable working across revenue, engagement, and user-experience goals.
• You have experience creating new products and scaling established products to serve large audiences.
• You can move comfortably between long-term strategy and detailed product decisions, communicating effectively with senior leaders while staying close to teams and customers.
• You build trusted cross-functional relationships and have delivered complex products across teams, disciplines, and organizational boundaries.
• You communicate complex ideas clearly and create frameworks that help teams make informed decisions and move forward.

• This role is based in New York
• We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.

The United States base range for this position is $229,874–$328,392 USD, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
