BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE).
Minimum 12 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
Experience in Manufacturing, Light Engineering or Heavy Industry is strongly preferred.
Proven experience leading maintenance operations in a large-scale industrial environment.

The ideal candidate is a senior maintenance professional with extensive hands-on experience in heavy industrial machinery, utilities, electrical and mechanical systems. Plan and supervise maintenance of heavy industrial machinery and production equipment.
Lead plant upgradation, modernization, capacity enhancement and modification projects.
Manage machinery installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and performance improvement.
Oversee workshop operations, maintenance planning and scheduling.
Manage spare parts planning and inventory control.
Monitor equipment reliability, asset performance and maintenance KPIs.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Maximize equipment uptime and minimize unplanned production downtime.
Prepare maintenance budgets and control maintenance costs.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and statutory requirements.
Lead, mentor and develop the maintenance team.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement and Management for uninterrupted plant operations.
Prepare maintenance reports, downtime analysis and management reports using MS Office.
