Lead and manage all mechanical, electrical, utility, and maintenance operations of the factory.
Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance programs.
Ensure smooth operation of utility systems, electrical power systems, hydraulic systems, compressors, boilers, air compressors, generators, and other plant utilities.
Plan and supervise maintenance activities of heavy industrial machinery.
Lead plant upgradation, modernization, capacity enhancement, and modification projects.
Manage workshop operations, maintenance planning, and spare parts inventory.
Analyze equipment failures and implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate recurring problems.
Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimum production downtime.
Prepare maintenance budgets and control maintenance costs effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and statutory requirements.
Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance team while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Management to achieve operational excellence.
