Head of Growth Marketing

This is a great role for someone who's thrived individually or with a small team and now wants to expand their influence. It's a chance to take real ownership of a big part of Slite, for someone who can deliver and own an entire part of the funnel for a business.

• You've done this before. You've owned growth or demand generation before and know what great looks like. You're excited by the opportunity to lead an entire marketing function, bringing together specialists across multiple disciplines while personally ensuring demand generation remains the company's strongest growth engine.
• You know when to lead and when to build. You get the best out of a strong team and bring focus to it, but you still get hands-on when it counts, running and optimising campaigns yourself, not just directing them.
• You're straight with people. You take accountability, and you keep your peers and leaders honest too, including the CEO.
• Funnel growth, not brand. You're revenue-first. You understand that brand matters, but only when it helps create demand, trust, and long-term growth. You naturally prioritize work that moves pipeline and revenue. A brand-first or generalist background isn't the fit here.
• Data leads your calls. You translate the numbers into clear action and measurable impact, and you can tell a real lead from a vanity metric.
• You get the buyer. You understand the customer journey and who influences the decision, and you build campaigns around that.
• AI fluency. You use AI in your work, not just talk about it, and you fold where the landscape is heading into how you run demand gen.
• Startup-shaped. You've lived the early-stage grind and want back in. You move fast, need no hand-holding, and own the outcome.
• You thrive remote-first. You work well across a distributed team and don't need someone in the room to do your best work.
