Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
Master’s degree and/or relevant professional qualifications will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Finance Manager or similar position within the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in finance and accounting team management.
Candidates with strong knowledge and practical experience in Bangladesh’s accounting standards, tax laws, regulations, and financial policies will be preferred.
Candidates holding an ACA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) will be given preference.

Experience with commonly used accounting/financial software in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the company’s overall finance and accounting functions.
Supervise and manage the finance and accounting team, ensuring effective performance and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh accounting standards, tax laws, regulations, and other applicable financial policies.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses.
Monitor cash flow, financial planning, cost control, and overall financial performance.
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other relevant external parties when required.
Ensure timely completion of tax, VAT, audit, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Provide financial advice and recommendations to management to support business decisions.
Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial management procedures.
Perform other finance and accounting-related duties assigned by management.
