Head of Corporate Services

Job Context

Tekvision is looking for an experienced Corporate Services professional with a strong background in Finance and Accounting and hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: HR & Administration, Central Procurement, Import & Export and Contract Management.

The ideal candidate should have significant leadership experience in the IT Services, Software, BPO, or IT-enabled services industry, with a good understanding of business operations in these environments. Experience in import and export, customs, bonded operations, or related regulatory processes, particularly for IT products and services, will be highly valued.

This role will lead and coordinate multiple Corporate Services functions, ensuring efficient, compliant, commercially aligned and well-governed operations while supporting Tekvision’s growth as a commercially driven IT services organization.

Role Purpose

The Head of Corporate Services will provide strategic and operational leadership across Tekvision’s core corporate and governance functions. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, commercially aligned and scalable operations covering Accounting & Finance, HR & Administration, Central Procurement, Import & Export and Contract Management.

The position will play a critical role in supporting Tekvision’s growth as a commercially driven IT services organization.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and management information.

• Ensure statutory compliance, audit readiness, tax management and effective financial controls.

• Support revenue tracking, cost optimization, cash-flow management and profitability improvement initiatives.

• Partner with business leadership on financial strategy, investment decisions and commercial planning.

Human Resources & Administration

• Provide leadership and oversight across recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations and workforce planning.

• Ensure HR policies, procedures and governance are appropriate for IT and related support environments.

• Drive leadership capability development and organizational effectiveness.

• Oversee administrative functions, facilities coordination and general office governance.

Central Procurement

• Establish and manage centralized procurement policies and processes across entities.

• Lead vendor selection, negotiation, contract finalization and supplier performance management.

• Optimize procurement cost, quality, service levels and turnaround time.

• Ensure transparency, compliance, proper controls and auditability in procurement operations.

Import & Export

• Oversee import and export operations, including documentation, regulatory compliance, customs coordination and logistics.

• Manage duty-free import, bond license utilization and related government approvals.

• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

• Support resolution of regulatory and operational issues related to the import and export of IT products and services.

Contract Management

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management for vendors, partners and service providers.

• Ensure contractual compliance, risk mitigation and commercial alignment.

• Support negotiation of key commercial terms in collaboration with legal and business teams.

Leadership & Governance

• Build, lead and mentor high-performing teams across Corporate Services functions.

• Establish KPIs, dashboards, controls and governance mechanisms to track performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on corporate, compliance, financial, people and operational matters.

• Support organizational scale-up and readiness for external clients, audits and regulatory scrutiny.

• Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, process discipline and continuous improvement.
