We are seeking a senior commercial professional and strategic leader who can independently manage the company’s commercial function, ensure regulatory compliance, minimize operational risks and build strong relationships with regulatory bodies, financial institutions and business partners.

Bachelor’s/Honors degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience in the Readymade Garments industry.
Candidates with 12–20 years of progressive Commercial Operations experience will be preferred.
Minimum age: 35 years.
Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines

Responsibilities & Context

GH Haewae Co. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Commercial Operation to lead and oversee the company’s end-to-end commercial operations within the Readymade Garments (RMG) industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Export & Import Operations, Customs & Bond Management, BEPZA Affairs, Banking Operations, Customs Compliance, and Yearly Customs Bond Audit.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the overall Commercial Operations of the organization.
Manage end-to-end Export & Import activities related to the RMG business.
Ensure smooth and compliant handling of Customs, Bond and commercial documentation.
Manage Customs Bond License, Bond Audit and yearly audit requirements.
Handle BEPZA, Customs and other relevant regulatory authorities and ensure timely compliance.
Supervise banking activities related to export, import and commercial operations.
Ensure proper documentation for L/C, EXP, IMP, shipping documents and related banking processes.
Monitor commercial risks, regulatory requirements and operational deadlines.
Coordinate with Banks, Customs, BEPZA, C&F Agents, Freight Forwarders, Suppliers, Buyers and internal stakeholders.
Develop commercial strategies to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
Lead, mentor and develop the Commercial team.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Customs, Bond, BEPZA, banking and export-import regulations.
Identify operational risks and take proactive measures to ensure business continuity.
Prepare and present commercial reports and compliance updates to senior management.
