Role Summary The Head of Admissions will provide strategic and operational leadership across UCBD's enrollment function, owning the full admissions funnel from lead engagement through to enrolled student. This role will lead, mentor, and scale a team of admission counselors and tele-callers, shape the Annual Enrollment Plan in line with UCBD's growth strategy, and position UCBD's programs as a premium choice across key target markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

• Develop and execute the Annual Enrollment Plan, ensuring alignment with UCBD's broader business strategy and objectives.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all enrollment activities, ensuring achievement of student admission targets.
• Establish a premium positioning strategy for UCBD's programs across key target markets.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of admission counselors and tele-callers, driving conversion of prospective students into enrolled students.
• Build enrollment team capability through structured training, coaching, and performance management.

Enrollment Operations

• Oversee call center operations, optimizing lead-to-walk-in and walk-in-to-enrollment conversion processes.
• Leverage CRM and database management tools to track pipeline health, strengthen lead nurturing, and inform data-driven recruitment decisions.

Marketing & Communications Collaboration

• Craft and implement compelling communication strategies to engage and convert prospective students across diverse geographic and demographic segments.
• Partner closely with the marketing team on joint campaigns that strengthen outreach, engagement, and lead conversion.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in student enrollment or admissions, ideally within higher education, with a proven track record of achieving ambitious enrollment targets.
• Prior experience managing a team of 7–10+ counselors and tele-callers.
• Experience in a start-up or fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.
• Candidates with strong marketing leadership experience from a multinational organization are also encouraged to apply.
• Master's degree required; international education exposure is highly desirable.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
