HEAD OF ACCOUNTS

Financial Leadership & Department Management

• Independently manage and lead all operations within the Accounts & Finance Department.
• Implement, enforce, and optimize effective internal financial controls and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strict compliance with applicable statutory accounting standards, tax regulations, VAT, and corporate policies.

Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations

• Oversee full-cycle accounting, ensuring accurate entry, maintenance, and verification of financial records in accounting software such as Tally.
• Prepare Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and notes to accounts.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual management reports with variance analysis.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including reconciliations and accurate financial postings.

Cost Accounting, Inventory & Factory Finance

• Determine accurate product costing and conduct production cost analysis for electronic and home appliance products.
• Manage inventory accounting and perform periodic physical stock reconciliation and adjustments.
• Handle inter-company transaction reconciliation and follow up on factory-related financial transactions.

Treasury, Banking & Strategic Financial Management

• Manage company cash flow, liquidity planning, banking relationships, investments, and capital utilization.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and verify bank interest calculations.
• Lead budgeting, financial modeling, forecasting, and new project viability and ROI analysis.
