Hatchery Operations Manager

Manage day-to-day hatchery operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Plan and monitor egg setting, incubation, hatching, and chick handling processes.

Ensure optimum hatchability, chick quality, and production targets are achieved.

Monitor hatchery equipment, temperature, humidity, ventilation, and other critical parameters.

Implement strict biosecurity, hygiene, sanitation, and disease-control measures across the hatchery.

Supervise, guide, and evaluate hatchery staff and ensure proper manpower utilization.

Maintain accurate records of egg setting, hatchability, chick production, mortality, wastage, and other KPIs.

Coordinate with breeder farms, poultry farms, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams for uninterrupted operations.

Identify operational problems, investigate production losses, and take corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, poultry industry standards, occupational safety requirements, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
