Guest Service Agent

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.        

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.      

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction.        

Provide accurate information about the hotel/resort services, facilities, events, and local attractions.        

Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.        

Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.       

Promote upselling of services, rooms, and special packages.        

Maintain confidentiality of guest information.·        

Adhere to all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.    

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.        

Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (IDS).        

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Friendly, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.        

Standing for long periods.        

Working in shifts (day/night/rotational).        

Fast-paced environment with direct guest interactions.
