The ideal candidate will be able to transform products, ideas, and business objectives into powerful visual communication while maintaining a consistent, premium, and professional brand identity.

Job Responsibilities

• Design creative digital and print materials including posters, flyers, banners, brochures, presentations, social media creatives, and promotional materials.

• Edit and produce engaging videos for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

• Work closely with the Marketing and Counselling teams to develop creative concepts aligned with the company's vision and objectives.

• Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity through innovative designs, graphics, and video content.

• Ensure timely delivery of all design and video projects while maintaining high creative and technical standards.

• Contribute fresh and innovative ideas for social media engagement, digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns.

• Capture and edit photos and videos during company events, seminars, student success stories, and other activities.

• Collaborate with the Social Media Management team to create visually appealing content that increases audience engagement.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Brand Communication, Management, photographers, videographers, and external agencies when required.

• Properly store, organize, and manage digital assets, editable source files, templates, product images, and brand resources.

• Manage multiple design and video requirements simultaneously while maintaining creative quality, technical accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery.

• Stay updated with current graphic design trends, digital formats, AI design and image-generation tools, motion graphics, and visual communication techniques.

• Take initiative and contribute creative ideas to improve the company's overall visual communication and digital presence.
