G.P.Q (Knit & Woven)

Monitor garment production quality throughout the sewing process.

Conduct regular inline and end-line quality inspections.

Ensure garments meet approved samples, specifications, measurements, and buyer requirements.

Identify and analyze sewing, workmanship, and construction defects.

Coordinate with Sewing, QC, Production, and QA teams to resolve quality issues.

Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to reduce repeated defects.

Monitor critical quality points and ensure proper quality control procedures are followed.

Check quality reports and maintain accurate inspection records.

Support production teams in improving workmanship and reducing rejection and rework.

Conduct quality meetings and communicate major defects to the concerned departments.

Ensure quality standards are maintained from initial production through final inspection.

Assist in preparing for buyer inspections and audits.

Report serious or repeated quality problems to management.
