Join Transcom as a Global Security Analyst!

Be part of our Global Security Governance, Risk and Compliance team and play a key role in maintaining a strong and effective security compliance environment. In this role, you'll work across security, risk, technology and business teams to ensure our controls meet global security standards and regulatory requirements. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to emerging areas such as AI governance and help translate complex security requirements into practical, continuous compliance practices.

In this role, you will:

• Drive the readiness, implementation and ongoing maintenance of Transcom's core security certifications, including PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001 and HITRUST
• Support the adoption and maintenance of emerging standards such as ISO/IEC 42001 for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems
• Coordinate internal and external compliance audits, acting as a key point of contact for auditors and stakeholders
• Manage the collection, review and timely submission of audit evidence
• Design and perform regular testing of key security controls, including access management, change management, encryption and vendor security
• Include appropriate controls and checks for internal AI deployments
• Conduct gap assessments against security frameworks such as NIST CSF and PCI DSS, as well as privacy regulations including GDPR and HIPAA
• Act as a security compliance subject matter expert for Sales and Customer Success, completing customer security questionnaires and providing assurance documentation
• Draft, review and maintain information security policies, standards and procedures
• Support security awareness and compliance training covering secure data handling, phishing defence and the compliant use of third-party tools, including Generative AI and LLMs
• Develop and track compliance KPIs, monitoring audit readiness, evidence collection and control effectiveness
• Work collaboratively with teams including Legal, Data Science, HR, IT and Engineering to strengthen our overall security posture
