Global Brand Manager

Context

Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC is looking for an experienced and strategic Global Brand Manager to lead global brand development, international market positioning and integrated marketing initiatives across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global brand strategies and positioning aligned with corporate business objectives.

• Build a strong and consistent global brand identity, value proposition, messaging and communication framework.

• Conduct international market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify new market opportunities and growth areas.

• Lead global brand campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, digital marketing, PR, events and B2B/B2C initiatives.

• Work closely with International Sales, Product Management, R&D, Supply Chain and regional marketing teams to drive successful market expansion.

• Ensure global brand strategies are effectively localized according to market dynamics, consumer behavior, culture and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and analyze brand equity, market share, campaign performance, KPIs and ROI to drive continuous improvement.

• Manage global marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources across markets.

• Coordinate with international agencies, partners, distributors and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent brand execution.

• Prepare and present global brand performance, market insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
