General Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Leading revenue forecasting by analyzing business tactics, performance analysis, pricing and sales strategies, market research and competitor analysis

Overseeing the execution and planning of driving revenue growth and sales strategy by using analysis to forecast sales performance, set sales targets, determining the effectiveness of current sales initiatives against key metrics and implement change if necessary.

Keep sales team motivated and ensure individual close door one to one meeting.

Oversee the overall Sales Operation on Day-to-Day basis, Examine, Follow-up and Feedback for ensuring all systems and procedures online and recommend any sort of Improvement to upgrade present operations.

Conduct Weekly update and progress meeting with departmental heads.

Conduct and submit market survey report to Divisional Management, and assist in preparing strategies to overcome ever changing circumstances.

Develop and manage sales pipeline, CRM, forecasting and revenue reporting systems.

Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing and new business opportunities.

Ensure effective conversion of contracted sales into actual cash collection.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients,family offices and institutional partners.

Personally lead and close high-value and strategic accounts.

Keep self-communication with existing clients of the company and coordinate with customer services for any requirements and keep customers satisfied.

Observe design and advise necessary changes to design team for development. .

Generate Daily, Weekly, Monthly ,Quarterly Sales Analysis & Achievement Report to the Higher Management.
