• Develop and implement comprehensive Sales & Marketing strategies aligned with corporate business objectives.
• Take overall accountability for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual top-line and bottom-line revenue goals.
• Formulate annual sales and marketing business plans, operational budgets, and financial forecasts.

Nationwide Field Force & Target Management

• Lead, inspire, mentor, and monitor the performance of the entire nationwide sales and marketing workforce.
• Establish territory-wise, region-wise, and product-wise sales targets and ensure continuous performance tracking.
• Establish performance metrics, incentive schemes, and improvement strategies for the field force.

Brand Management & Prescription Generation

• Develop market strategies for existing product lines and drive successful execution of new product launches.
• Strengthen the brand portfolio through ethical, scientific, and evidence-based promotional activities.
• Formulate and launch promotional campaigns targeting doctors, healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare institutions.
• Ensure optimal utilization of promotional budgets, detailing materials, and product samples.

Market Expansion & Stakeholder Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors, medical consultants, hospitals, clinics, and key accounts.
• Strengthen the company's distribution network to guarantee seamless product availability across all market channels.
• Identify untapped geographic regions and market opportunities for business expansion.

Market Intelligence & Executive Reporting

• Analyze sales performance trends, competitor pricing, product launches, and market dynamics.
• Conduct regular field visits to review divisional, regional, and territory-level performance.
• Prepare comprehensive sales forecasts, market intelligence, and executive KPI reports directly for the Managing Director.
