General Manager- Sales

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• PhD in Marketing

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies

• Age At least 40 years

Requirements:

• Minimum 12-15 years of sales/business development experience, including at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
• Proven track record in high-value/ticket/card/membership sales and revenue generation.
• Experience managing a sales team of 15+ members.
• Strong network among corporate clients, HNWIs, investors and institutional customers.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, leadership and relationship-management skills.
• Strong command of English and Bangla.
• Excellent knowledge of CRM, pipeline management and sales forecasting.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with experience in premium real estate, luxury hospitality, lifestyle/club business, private banking, wealth management, high-value B2B sales or strategic partnership development will be given preference.
