Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition ও Revenue Growth সম্পর্কে শক্তিশালী বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা।
Corporate Client, B2B Client, Travel Agent ও Business Partner-এর সঙ্গে Relationship Management ও Negotiation-এ দক্ষতা।
Air Ticketing, Visa Processing, Work Permit, Tour Package এবং Hajj & Umrah ব্যবসা সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা।
Business Target, KPI, Sales Performance ও Revenue নিয়ে Planning, Analysis ও Decision Making-এ দক্ষতা।
শক্তিশালী Leadership, Communication, Negotiation ও Problem-Solving Skills।
স্বাধীনভাবে সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া এবং চাপের মধ্যে Result-Orientedভাবে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা।
MS Office/Google Workspace, CRM ও Business Management Tools ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা।
বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে দক্ষ যোগাযোগের সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
Business Growth ও Expansion-এর জন্য নতুন সুযোগ চিহ্নিত ও বাস্তবায়ন করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
