General Manager (GM)

Kuthi Group is a diversified business organization engaged in Hotel Share Sales, Resort Share Sales, Apartment Sales, Real Estate Development and Construction Projects. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, target-oriented and strategic professional to join our organization as General Manager (GM).

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing overall business operations, sales performance, project coordination, team management, business development and organizational growth.

Responsibilities & Context

The General Manager will play a key leadership role in managing and expanding the business operations of Kuthi Group.

The position will be responsible for coordinating the organization's Hotel Share Sales, Resort Share Sales, Apartment Sales and Construction/Project Operations, ensuring that all departments work toward common business objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director / Chairman / Senior Management to develop business strategies, increase revenue, improve operational efficiency, build high-performing teams and ensure sustainable organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Business Management & Strategy: Develop business strategies, oversee operations, and drive revenue, growth, and profitability. 
• Hotel & Resort Share Sales: Lead Hotel and Resort Share Sales, drive targets and customer acquisition, manage sales KPIs, and build strong client and investor relationships. 
• Apartment & Real Estate Sales : Oversee Apartment and Real Estate Sales, drive property bookings and conversions, and manage client, investor, broker and sales partnerships. 
• Construction & Project Coordination : Oversee construction projects, coordinate project teams, and ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant execution.
• Sales Team Leadership : Recruit, lead and motivate sales teams, set targets, monitor performance, and drive a disciplined, results-oriented culture.
• Marketing & Business Development: Lead marketing initiatives, generate qualified leads, develop strategic partnerships, explore new markets, and drive business growth. 
• Financial & Operational Management: Manage finances, resources, and operations for efficiency and cost control.
• Team & Organizational Management: Lead teams, set KPIs, resolve operational issues, and ensure effective implementation of company policies and management decisions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain key customer and investor relationships, resolve issues, and ensure professional service and successful negotiations.
• Reporting & Management Coordination: Prepare management reports, monitor KPIs, provide performance insights, and support senior management decisions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Real Estate, Hotel/Resort Business, Property Sales, Construction Operations and Business Development, along with the ability to manage people, numbers and business strategy effectively.
