Responsibilities & Context

Develop and execute the overall Brand Marketing & Communication strategy for Jamuna Future Park in line with business and commercial objectives.
Lead strategies to increase mall footfall, customer engagement, repeat visits, and overall brand value.
Develop annual marketing plans, promotional calendars, campaign strategies, and marketing budgets.
Lead large-scale 360° marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, outdoor, print, TV, radio, PR, and other relevant channels.
Plan and execute major Eid, Puja, New Year, seasonal, festive, shopping, lifestyle, and promotional campaigns.
Develop innovative customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and retention initiatives.
Strengthen Jamuna Future Park's positioning as a leading shopping, lifestyle, entertainment, dining, and family destination.
Oversee all brand communication, creative campaigns, advertising materials, content, and promotional communications.
Ensure consistency of the Jamuna Future Park brand identity, messaging, visual communication, and customer-facing materials.
Lead media relations, PR, press activities, media campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with media houses, advertising agencies, PR agencies, creative agencies, influencers, event companies, and other strategic partners.
Develop and execute high-impact mall events, entertainment programs, exhibitions, activations, festivals, competitions, and customer engagement programs.
Identify opportunities for brand partnerships, sponsorships, co-branding, and strategic collaborations.
Work closely with Leasing and Mall Operations to develop joint marketing initiatives that support tenants and enhance tenant sales.
Develop tenant-focused promotional campaigns and mall-wide shopping initiatives.
Lead digital and social media strategy to strengthen online presence, engagement, customer communication, and campaign performance.
Monitor customer feedback, market trends, competitor activities, and changing consumer behavior to identify new business and marketing opportunities.
Develop strategies around customer experience and destination marketing to increase the attractiveness of the mall.
Manage marketing agencies and ensure timely and quality execution of campaigns and promotional activities.
Prepare and control the annual marketing budget and ensure effective utilization of marketing expenditure.
Establish measurable KPIs for footfall, campaign performance, engagement, reach, tenant participation, brand visibility, and marketing ROI.
Analyze campaign and footfall data and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
Lead, manage, and develop the Brand Marketing & Communication team.
Coordinate with senior management and relevant departments to ensure successful execution of all major marketing initiatives.
Represent the brand in major marketing, media, partnership, and promotional activities.
Perform other strategic responsibilities assigned by the Management.
